Refund policy

The return conditions of one or multiple items are as follow:

- Item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, not damaged, with its original label.

- The return must be done within 30 days following the delivery date.

- Remote regions (Newfoundland and Labrador, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon) must cover their own return expenses.

-Returns are processed within 5 days after reception of the package. You will be notified.

REFUNDS:

All refunds will be done through the original method of payment. The credit will appear on your next bank statement. Please note that the refund process can take up to 5 business days.

DAMMAGE OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If you think that an item might be damaged or defective, please contact our customer service at info@loisjeans.ca 

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are not possible. To obtain a replacement product, please return the item and place a new order.
